Job Purpose职位目的:1.
Pick and wash the raw ingredients to ensure hygiene standard.
对原料进行拣剔、洗涤,保证加工原料干净、卫生。
2.
Wash the raw ingredients before cut and send them to the kitchen in time.
保证原料的营养成份,尽可能洗涤后切,减少存放时间,及时送往厨房各处。
3.
Familiar with different parts of raw ingredients in order to make full use of them.
熟悉原料不同部位的用途,进行综合利用,提高切削率,降低食品成本。
4.
Responsible for keeping the working area and utensils clean and tidy.
负责工作区域及用具的卫生,保持干净、整洁。
5.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
完成领班交给的其他工作。
Duties and Responsibilities职责和职能:1.
Have the right to refuse the unqualified raw ingredients.
对不符合标准的原材料,有权拒收。
2.
Go to work on time, with great grooming standard.
按时着工装上岗,仪容仪表干净卫生。
3.
Clean the working area and utensils.
清理工作区域卫生、用具卫生。
4.
Check the quantity and quality of raw ingredients.
核查原料数量,鉴别原料的质量。
5.
Process the raw ingredients according to SOP.
按操作程序和规范进行原料加工。
6.
Store the processed raw ingredients into clean containers and send them to the kitchen or put them into refrigerators in time.
加工好的原料存放于干净的容器内,及时送往厨房各处或存冷库。
7.
Clean the processing room and utensils after work.
Do not go off duty until MOD check them.
工作完毕清除垃圾,清理加工间卫生及用具卫生。
经领班检查后方可离岗。
8.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
有时执行上级可能指派的其他它职责。
