To clean and maintain thoroughly store rooms, staircases, public areas, back of house areas as well as assigned areas such as per the agreed standards set by the Department and Company根据公司和部门制定的标准彻底地清洁和保养所安排的仓库,楼梯,公共区域,后区。

To maintain all equipment clean, tidy and well maintained as per the Housekeeping Operations Manual, including proper and secure storage.

To have a complete understanding of the different cleaning products and their economical use.

To vacuum carpets and removal of spots on it, to sweep, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors, to wash walls and ceiling, to clean toilets and wash basins, to dust, remove spots and polish furniture and fixture, to remove rubbish and to empty ashtrays and urns, to clean mirrors, glass and windows, to clean elevators.

To carry out special projects according to the assignments.

To inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damages to Housekeeping Team Leader for action and follow up.

To report to the Team Leader or Assistant Housekeeping Manager any unusual incidents, complaints, missing or damaged items.

To hand over to the Team Leader or Assistant Housekeeping Manager all Lost and Found Items with full and detailed information.

9.
To attend to guests requests courteously and promptly in the course of duty.

10.
To keep all keys signed out in a secure manner and return them at the end of the shift to the Housekeeping Office.
