Main Duties:1.
To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the Regent Shanghai’s standards of performance.
在酒店的标准下,灵活的提供给客人有礼貌的、高效率的、个性化的服务2.
To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
Please note that Master Job List are reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.
在指定的工作区域根据标准准确地完成工作职责和任务,在原有的基础上根据客人的期望改进。

To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
在其他的餐饮部门或者是酒店的其他部门,尽可能地灵活地去适应所分派的工作。

To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another department as per Master Task List for that department.
当转去或分派到其他部门工作,需按照此部门的任务列表细致地完成工作任务5.
To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
熟悉酒店所提供的服务和设施。

To establish a rapport with guests.
Handle all guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service.
与客人建立友善的关系。
合理的处理客人所有相关的服务要求。

To ensure that the team projects a warm, professional and welcome image.
保证整个团队的融洽,专业和好客的形象。
8.
To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of work as assigned.
根据规定完成开档和收档的工作9.
To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage item in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up-sell alternative.
彻底的理解和掌握所有菜单中的食物和饮料的知识,并且运用在工作中进行推销销售。

To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organize at all times.
保持工作环境的整洁11.
To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
监控所有营运用品,减少破损和损耗。
12.
To assist in conducting inventory check on all operating equipment and supplies according to the policy.
依照规定做好判定工作,及时补充。
13.
To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
有礼貌的,有效率的处理客人的询问和投诉,无论通过电话还是亲自过来。
如果问题不能马上解决,必须告诉客人,及确保问题得以解决。
同时,及时地报告上级主管。
