A Customer Service Cum Freight Auditor is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships and ability to audit and understand customer’s freight spend or cost.
In this role you are responsible for successful planning, coordination and delivering our Freight invoice auditing and payment solutions and other related services or technology solutions beyond our customer’s expectations.
Summary of Responsibilities:-Proactive and weekly communication with customers and clients via telephone and e-mailProvide timely responses to customer questions and issuesAnalyse and rectify customer concerns using established proceduresAddressing and attending to specific customer’s needCoordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve inquiriesDraft status reports on customer service issuesProvide support to Operations and Implementations TeamVerify and auditing freight billings from Transportation Providers that were assignedAbility to read and interpret all contracts and tariffs would be an added advantage otherwise training will be providedWork with Customer Service Manager and Global Audit Manager and Auditors around all other officesAny other added work task, comprehensive training will be providedQualifications for the position:Language ability and requirement are Chinese and English.
Any other additional language ability would be an added advantage.
Two to five years customer service experience, preferably in a service driven environment HOWEVER we are also encouraging fresh graduates to applyAble to build good relationships bridge with internal as well as external stakeholdersExperience in or with good understanding of logistics would be an added advantage but it’s not a mandatory requirement as long as you are willing to learn.
