1.
To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following MCIL Products & Services Standards.
保证提供热情，专业，高效高质的服务；
做到符合酒店的规章制度和MCIL的产品服务标准。
2.
To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
熟悉酒店所提供的服务和设施。
3.
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
根据酒店仪容仪表的标准, 穿好制服,带好名牌准时到部门报到,保持个人的卫生。
