按照既定的服务序列和程序,配合饮料的订单,在部门运作。
根据订单从库存中及时取货。
禁止在没有领班的允许下擅自离开工作区域。
熟悉餐牌和饮品专业术语。
确保在酒吧营业前充足的玻璃器皿和吧台器具。
出席所有部门经理或培训部门组织的培训活动。
为下一个班次准备备用餐具。
无论何时及时报告正确穿着制服名牌。

Obtain adequate stock from stockroom as per request sheet.
Do not leave the area of work without notifying Team Leader.
To be familiar with menu an d beverage terminology.
Ensure sufficient quantities of glassware an d bar utensils are availableprior to the opening of the bar.
To attend all training sessions organized by the Outlet Manager orTraining Department.
To prepare mise-en-place an d perform side duties.
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform an d namebadges at all times.
