DUTIES 工作职责- Maintains and cleans guests rooms as well as replenishing room supplies 维护和清洁客人的房间以及补充房间用品。
- Adheres to Shangri-La room standards policy 坚持香格里拉客房标准政策- Informs valets to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing 通知送洗、干洗或熨烫客人衣物。
- Maintains the public and general areas 维护公共和综合区域- Reports any maintenance related issues to the Engineering Department 向工程部报告任何与维修相关的问题。
REQUIREMENTS 工作要求- Takes pride in being a hotelier 以做酒店人为荣- Preferably has relevant hospitality experience 最好有相关的酒店管理经验- Has strong interpersonal skills 有很强的人际交往能力
